It’s All Staged is a family-owned theatrical set rental company based in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. We specialize in musical set rentals for schools and community theaters, with a focus on professional-quality craftsmanship and practical design.

Our story started in our driveway. We began by designing and building elaborate sets for our daughters’ elementary school productions. As they grew into middle school and high school, we continued volunteering for their theater organizations. After nearly a decade of dedicating weekends, nights, and free time to set design and construction, we realized—with encouragement from friends and family—that this was more than a hobby. It was time to turn our passion into something bigger.

As a husband-and-wife team, we bring complementary skills that shape everything we do:

Scott has over a decade of experience in the film and TV industry, and he’s produced large-scale concerts and events for Atlanta radio stations. His background ensures every set we design is built to last, stage-safe, and able to handle the demands of live performance.

Tracey earned her BA in Theatre from The University of Georgia before producing a nationally syndicated morning radio show for more than 20 years. She understands the balance between creativity and logistics and knows first-hand how to lead a team under tight deadlines. In her spare time, she co-chaired her daughters’ elementary school drama club, combining her professional skills with her love of theater education.

Today, It’s All Staged serves schools, community theaters, and arts organizations across Georgia and the Southeast. Our sets and props are designed to be visually striking, affordable, and turnkey giving directors and drama teachers the chance to focus on what matters most: creating an unforgettable performance.
